We provide high quality catering and support services to Healthcare, Education and Business &amp; Industry segments in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are now actively searching for an energetic and focused professional to join us in the following capacity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the overall operation of multiple clubhouses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In charge of recruiting and retaining club personnel and staff performance appraisal, maintaining good team spirit in the work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate, organize &amp; execute club house classes, activities and events based on market trends and members&#8217; need and expectation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and monitor the financial budget of clubhouse, ensure achievement of the budget goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the condition of all club house facilities (including sport facilities, gym &amp; recreation sites) and usages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review the SOPs of clubhouse regularly to ensure the team follows the up-to-day operational procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with Operations Manager in the Recreation Club House Development project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of food and beverage services is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality, sports &amp; recreation, leisure or related discipline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Club\/ Recreation House Management with 5 years solid experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid network of events organizer, coaches &amp; instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in computer literate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Leadership and people management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please apply with full details of academic qualifications, work experience, date of available, present and expected salary by clicking Apply Now button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compass Group Hong Kong is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
