Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \n
    Responsible for providing hospitality service to our clients (Financial conglomerates);<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • Take care of the waiting queue and ensure smooth customer flow in lift lobby area;<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Reservation handling;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Provide clerical support to the Operations \/ Guest Services Manager in preparing invoice, reports and projects as well as email handling.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 1-2 years of experience in Hotel, Guest services or Tourism industry;<\/li>\n
    • Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese;<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge in computer literate (MS Excel, Words, e-mail);<\/li>\n
