Environment (HSE)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement Company\u2019s HSE procedures on food handling and preparation chain (from receiving to service), cleaning, sanitation and storage in both kitchen and service area<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Company&#8217;s HSE standard, information, training and supervision are provided to all staff<\/li>\n<li>Report any HSE incidents, carry out investigation, workout improvement plan and review existing work procedure<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Quality Assurance Department to carry out regular internal and external audit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 6 years\u2019 relevant work experience in Western Luxury and Fine Dining restaurants with 3 years in management level<\/li>\n<li>Higher Diploma or with equivalent vocational training certificate<\/li>\n<li>Passion in food<\/li>\n<li>Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Experience on menu design will be an asset<\/li>\n<li>Good spoken English &amp;
